I completely agree that Disappointed, Running, and While I’m Still Here sound like they pretty much belong on a Radiohead album. Just insert Thom Yorke’s vice singing the same lyrics over the same music, and *POW* there it is. It seems to me that most of the other tracks on Hesitation Marks have a somewhat more noticeable NIN vibe. But, with both groups being into the electronic end of the music spectrum, yeah, there probably are some parallels woven in there.
